We were invited by the Luton Fire Station for their ‘Spring Start-up’ event. Apparently this is their second year and it was a huge success. The sun was out and there must have been around twelve different groups bike related companies. I decided to take the club gazebo and arrived shortly after 10am followed by Pat & Brian. We put the gazebo up and got ourselves some hot drinks before settling down. People started arriving from 11am amongst them were quite a numbers of Bee’s members who came to renew their memberships. It was great to see so many different types of bikes and riders. Turn-out was fantastic due to great weather we had. There was free tea & coffee on offer. Later in the day they even managed to offer free buggers and chips, well for a small donation . We shall definitly be returning to this event if invited next year.
